» I was expecting a disgusting place, but it was quite good. Cabbage soup and sviečková [Marinated beef sirloin in a creamy, root vegetable sauce]. Maybe it wasn’t the best sviečková ever - melting in your mouth, but it’s one of those places which Bratislava lacks - establishments for regular folk. I don’t even have to mention the strange characters populating the place. Them and their stories. They also have a small bar there serving Demänovka and other spirits for 95 cents. «
