Bryndza

» In the organic shop Slnečnica (Sunflower) on Kvačalova, they sell 100% bryndza made from the best milk of the sheep living on the beautiful meadows of Eastern Slovakia. It tastes amazing and it has not been pasteurised = therefore it’s bioactive! It is million times better than all those supermarket bought “bifidus” stuff…  « (Bryndza = sheep’s cheese, probably the most traditional and most Slovakian things of them all)
